I’ve just started my journey as a Business Development Consultant at Salaam Bombay Foundation, and I’m already learning powerful lessons about creating meaningful collaborations.

Recently, we visited a company to discuss CSR partnerships - they asked us, “What’s in it for us?” And it made us pause and ask ourselves the same question: “What’s in it for us?”

That reflection led to an honest, strategic approach: linking CSR initiatives to ESG goals. The result? Credibility, measurable impact, and long-term value - for both companies and NGOs.

For Companies:

• Stronger, measurable impact 🌍

• Enhanced reputation & trust 🤝

• Engaged and motivated employees 💡

• Long-term business value & efficiency 📈

For NGOs:

• Consistent funding & resources 💰

• Scale and capacity building 🚀

• Visibility and networks 🌐

The Give & Take: NGOs bring expertise and reach, companies bring funding, scale, and ESG alignment. Together, we create lasting social and environmental impact.

💬 Let’s collaborate to turn CSR into meaningful, sustainable change - because impact grows when strategy meets purpose.
