There was a time when even looking down from a height would make my heart race.
Today, trekking is one of my greatest joys - and one of my best teachers.
In my latest video, I share how facing my fear of heights not only changed the way I see challenges, but also shaped how I approach business and leadership.
Because whether you're scaling a peak or steering a company, the principles are the same:
Endurance matters more than speed.
Progress happens one step at a time.
The summit is reached when you balance persistence with vision.
What once terrifies me has become a source of joy - and a reminder that growth often starts where fear begins.
Watch this video to see how trekking taught me lessons that apply both on the trail and in boardroom.
